Not much to report here right now. So far the only things that have been done are:

160 degree thermostat

Taylor wires

New opti

New coil.

Plans include:

Headers

Y-pipe

New cat

Borla exhaust

Moroso CAI

Power pulleys

New Intake ?

At some point the engine will need a rebuild (144,000 now) and at that time I'll do a .030 over bore, port match the intake and exhaust and balance (not lighten) and blueprint the engine. That's all you can do in this class. Bolt-ons.

Installed the Hooker cat-back and Lingenfelter CAI. I wish I had before and after dyno runs. There is a noticable difference in throttle response and "pull". I'm guessing around 25hp gain. When I had my CAI apart the MAF had to come out. I was shocked!!! At least 40% of the screen was covered in something black, almost like dried out foam. It had to be a tremendous restriction for air flow. I'm probably going to a drag strip next weekend so I'll take the laptop and record some runs, and send the results to MadZ28 to get a little re-programming. My T2R arrived yesterday, I'm installing my new QA1 rod ends on my panhard rod today. I'll see if Ernie can install the T2R and rag-joint replacement on Monday or Tuesday.
